Jeffrey Wereski
Jeffrey’s experiences began in 1982 when he was hired by Benderson Development Company, LLC. As a top five privately owned company in the country, Benderson’s holdings included seventy-five million square feet of commercial real estate space in forty-three states including Canada. Facets included retail, warehousing projects, hotels, carwash developments, residential housing and apartments.
As a professional in the industry for thirty-nine years, Jeffrey worked side by side with principal/family ownership which afforded him the expertise he now strives to provide his clients with in all areas of assisting large organizations and individuals to understand cost savings in every aspect of contract obligation.
